Position: Deputy Head

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Deputy Head of School.  This is a full-time position at the school.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Deputy Head of School is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.  The Deputy Head assists the Head of School in the supervision of personnel human resource management, development and maintenance of school policy and procedure, and supervision for administration and educational programmes.

Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

•   Pedagogical leadership
•   Communication with stakeholders
•   Supervision of professional and academic support staff
•   Student Success
•   Financial and infrastructure management
•   Residential programme

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education and/or Administration
•   Appropriate certification as a school administrator
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•   Experience in Cambridge and/or International Baccalaureate Programme

Location: Gomoa Manso, Central Region
