Job Summary

•   You will be responsible for managing the design process through either our own appointed designers or appointed designers/engineers/consultants and coordinating the design interface on all aspects of the scheme.
•   A key aspect of the role is to oversee the quality of the design and monitoring the design delivery programme; applicants who have performed the role of site architect would be preferred.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Ideally you will have a degree in Architecture with a strong design and construction background.
•   Previous Experience Working in Ghana would be favorable

Candidates will need to demonstrate experience in:

•   Design delivery to programme and budget
•   Managing design teams
•   Design and construction of multi-million residential, offices hospitals and hotel  projects.
•   Complex facade treatments, interiors, M&E interfaces
•   Design intent Employer's Requirements and contractor's proposals.
•   Experience with the local Planning application process including statutory bodies
•   Design detailing
•   Design co-ordination
•   Technical/material/design audits
•   Design meeting management
•   Procurement assistance and direct communication and co-ordination with manufacturers and suppliers
•   Value engineering
•   Quality control
