Responsibilities

•   Handling Operation and maintenance of IN system
•   Doing Unix scripting for daily operational works
•   Alarms and backup monitoring of IN issues
•   Handling to complaints related to excessive charging to customers
•   Participation in policy launches with other departments
•   Carrying out general daily activities related to IN.
•   Performance Monitoring of IN, taking routine PM graphs of Call and Platform
•   Data configuration and implementation of new features in IN
•   Doing Unix scripting for daily operational works

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical/Electronic, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline
•   A postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering field will be an added advantage

Skills / Competencies

•   Minimum of 3 years experience in IN platform (ICC)
•   Basic knowledge of NSS and Database
•   Good knowledge of Tariff Tool and handling of changes on it
•   Basic knowledge of shell scripting commands
