Job Vacancy For Estates Management Officer



GHS Housing Limited is a dynamic and a fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company located in Pokuase. We are currently looking for young energetic and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following position: Estates Management Officer

Job Summary / Responsibilities

•   Ensure that the entire estate is maintained to the highest possible standard at all times
•   Provide effective management of operating staff within the facilities function eg. Cleaners, gardeners and other artisans
•   Identify contracts maturity / arising and plan for appropriate allocation of these contracts in advance
•   Put in place actions to enhance the relationship between the estate management unit and residents
•   Direct, coordinate and plan essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, facilities management etc.
•   Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or first degree in Real Estates or a related field, with between 3 to 6 years work experience
•   Must have strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload
•   Must have good interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills
•   Must be conversant with legislation's within the real and managed estates industry
