Job Vacancy For Executive Administration Assistant

The Executive Administration Assistant enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support. The Executive Administration Assistant will provide critical high-level support to a Group CEO and its subsidiaries. The Executive Administration Assistant will coordinate and organize all the CEO’s activities relating to these roles. The position provides a unique opportunity to be intimately involved in cutting-edge work that impacts a variety of groups and individuals. The multifaceted role of the Executive Administration Assistant will include a range of responsibilities that will enable more effective leveraging of the CEO’s time.

Key Performance Areas:

•   Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
•   Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
•   Makes all the necessary arrangements, coordinates and schedules the business needs of the CEO
•   Manages the CEO’s calendar with supervision, including scheduling all appointments and meetings at the executive office
•   Handles all travel, logistics, and protocol arrangements
•   Research, plan, and follow up on all materials for project related activities

Qualification Required & Experience

Educational Requirements:

•   Bachelor of Commerce and Administration or Business Administration Degree or its equivalent with 4 years of experience


Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication, Organizational and Filling skills, Fluency in French a plus
