International Relief and Development (IRD) Inc., is a non-profit organization specializing in international development and humanitarian assistance in over 40 countries. IRD works with a wide range of partners ID design and implement programs in the areas of health, economic development, relief, infrastructure, civil society and food security.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   minimum of seven years of experience managing large scale US AiD-funded projects in Ghana.
•   She/he will be an expert in USAID funding and compliance requirements as wcli as have deep knowledge of administrative and human resource requirements in Ghana.
•   a minimum of B. Sc Degree in relevant field, preferably MSc, with proven experience in the appropriate technical or management field including at least three years working on donor- funded projects (USAID. DFID. UNDP, etc).
