Job Vacancy For Financial & Administrative Manager At Lycee Francaise d’Accra



Under the authority of the Principal of the Lycee Francais d’Accra, you are in charge of the administrative management, financial and accounting of the establishment under parental management and with an agreement with the AEFE (Agency for the teaching of French abroad), in Ghana.

As such, you are in charge of the restructuring of the administrative and financial service team under your supervision. You guarantee for the reliability of the accounts. You define the reporting indicators, guarantee the implementation of procedures, pilot elaboration and execution of the budget, work out the plans of financing and the situations of treasury. You are in charge of the implementation of the human resources policy of the Lycee Frangais d’Accra under the supervision of the Head of School. Finally, you attend to the preparation and monitoring of the investment and financing plan of the extension project of the Lycee Frangais d’Accra.

Qualification Required & Experience

Your profile:

•   The candidate must be perfectly bilingual (French/English) Holder of an advanced level certificate with a minimum of 4 years studies in finance/accounting, school of business, management, economics or business law,
•   You must also have at least 5 years experience in administration and finance in the capacity of director or Senior Manager in an educational institution. You are interested in education.
