A reputable 3 star hotel in Accra invites job applications form highly qualified individuals to fill the following available position: Food and Beverage Manager

Role Accountabilities

•   Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
•   Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
•   Help design and implement exceptional menus
•   Identify customers needs and respond proactively
•   Comply with all health and safety regulations
•   Report to management on sales results and productivity
•   Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Specification / Qualifications

•   A degree or equivalent from a reputable culinary arts or related institute
•   A minimum of 5 years work experience as a Food and Beverage Manager (Experience in other departments in a hotel especially the kitchen is a plus)
•   Must demonstrate a strong communication and leadership skills
•   Working knowledge of various computer software program (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
•   Must have the ability to work under pressure
