Job Specification:

•   Responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to Corporate Real Estate and Valuations Department personnel.
•   Maintains accounting, document, files, including daily work and accounts payable.
•   Daily worksheets to the Broil online system.
•   Assists personnel as requested.
•   Responsible for performing a wide variety of switchboard duties.
•   Receives and screens telephone calls.
•   Records and relays messages to appropriate personnel.
•   Provides administrative information to Company personnel and performs miscellaneous support functions as assigned.
•   Projects the Company's professional image.

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Requirements of an Accounts officer.

•   The applicant must have relevant undergraduate degree with ACCA part three (3) with (Accounting or related field Degree)
•   The Applicant must have a minimum of three(3) years work experience.
•   The Applicant must be Proficient in the usage of Accounting software.
•   Must have sound judgment and decision making ability-Must have excellent written and verbal communicating skills.
•   Able to make presentation to CEO's, Boards and Senior management officers.
•   Able to work with minimum or no supervision.

Skills required:

•   Clean driver's license
•   Computer literacy (MS Office)
•   Good analytical abilities.

Knowledge required in usage of financial tools:

•   Knowledge of Company products, policies, and procedures.
•   Strong knowledge of real estate markets and related computer applications and financial market indicators.

Competencies required:

•   Customer relationship building.
•   Good analytical abilities
