A reputable institution is seeking to recruit Admin / HR Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•Master's degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management option).
•Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM or HRCI) is required.
•Minimum of seven (7) years' HR and administration experience, with at least three (3) years in a managerial role.
•Experience in payroll, employee benefits, recruitment and performance management.
•Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR policies and HR management systems
