The company is looking for suitably qualified person for the position of Admin & Human Resource
Officer to fill Its vacant position. Currently, Asa Savings and Loans Ltd is serving over 100,000 clients across Six Regions in the country in 80 business units. Responsibilities:
• To assist in implementing general activity in administration.
• Assist in assignment with external parties
• To assist In providing Complied Management Report helpful in decision making,
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and presenting data to management.
• Assist in preparing training schedule and Pre-Service Orientation to new recruits.
• Assist In providing overall support to the HR Department by entering, formatting, and printing Information; organizing work; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• To maintain employee confidence and ensuring updating of personal files.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management. Qualification Required & Experience
• Potential candidates must have at least 2 year experience,
• Good command over English Language
• Good reporting skills
• Applicant must not be more than 30 years old
• Candidate must have at least Bachelor In Business Administration preferably in Human Resource
• Management. An additional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prospective candidate must be a Ghanaian
