Job Vacancy For Administrative / Compliance Officer At GHS Housing Limited



GHS Housing Limited is a dynamic and a fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company. As part of this demanding phase of our growth we are looking for An Administrative/Compliance Officer for immediate employment:

The job responsibility will include, but not limited to;

•   Ensuring compliance to the established policies and procedures with regards to construction and finishing of houses.
•   Ensuring that houses are built to clients specifications by liaising with the Constructions Team
•   Liaising with the Clients to ensure all specifications are correctly recorded on their schedules
•   Ensuring that payments are met timely by both clients and mortgage companies
•   Generating sale of houses and meeting or exceeding sales targets
•   Handling client enquiries
•   Arranging and undertaking viewing appointments with prospective and actual clients.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree, HND in Marketing or related professional qualification
•   At least two year experience in a similar role
•   Pleasant Personality, Good Communication and Organizational skills
