• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations
• Capability to navigate challenges with a high emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian music scene

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record as an administrator in a creative environment
• Technologically adept, showcasing proficiency in office software

Requirements

• Maintain the union's operations with efficient administrative support
• Organise meetings for the Union
• Manage membership records and related matters
• Collaborate with the Union's leaders to effectively discharge his/her duties
