Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Job Description

• Preparing Correspondence: Prepare and type letters, memos, reports and other documents as required
• Filing and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, file and databases
• Managing Emails: Manage email correspondence, respond to routine emails and forward emails to relevant personnel
• Managing Training Meetings including registration of meetings, taking minutes and preparing agendas
• Effective communication with staff, management and external management
• Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma / HND or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in the same or similar role in the banking sector

Competencies and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
