Job Summary

An Administrator plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of an organization. The responsibilities often include managing office resources, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Office Operations: Overseeing and coordinating daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Facility Management: Managing office facilities, including workspace organization, maintenance, and security.
• Supervision: Leading and managing administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for administrative expenses.
• Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Communication: Facilitating communication within the office and with external partners.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing office records, documents, and files.
• Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
• Keeping & updating all accounting books & records.
• Preparing of Monthly & yearly financial statement, Balance sheet & Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Handling the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. Forecasting, budgeting etc
• Developing and maintaining systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
• Processing and payment of Statutory obligations (1st Tier (SSNIT), Second Tier,P.A.Y.E and VAT)
• Liaising with external auditors for statutory audit.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Minimum qualification :Degree
• Experience 3 – 5 years
• Effective communication skills to interact with staff, management, and external contacts.
• Providing leadership to the administrative team and fostering a positive work environment.
• Addressing challenges and finding solutions to improve office efficiency.
• Efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines and goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Familiarity with office software, communication tools, and technology.
• Making informed decisions to support the overall goals of the organization.
• Providing support to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
