We invite applications from suitable, qualified persons for appointments to fill the following position:- Administrator Officer

Job Summary

•  To co-ordinate and assist in all personnel matters and provide administrative support.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A Diploma or First Degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences with a minimum of three (3) years may be considered for trainee role.

Technical Competencies

•  Knowledge of Personnel Management
•  Ability to interpret Conditions of Service to Management
•  Ability to enforce disciplinary measures

Personality Competencies

•  Good Verbal and written communication skills
•  Ability to listen to contrary views and deal with conflict on matters affecting staff
•  Ability to relate effectively to people
•  Must be computer literate
