Duties and responsibilities:

•   answering telephone calls
•   maintaining diaries
•   arranging appointments
•   taking messages
•   typing/word processing
•   filing
•   organizing meetings
•   using a variety of software packages
•   booking transport and accommodation
•   managing databases
•   implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
•   liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
•   preparing letters, presentations and reports
•   Attending meetings on behalf of the Executive Chairman
•   Writing of minutes
•   Working closing with other managers of the company
•   Receiving and sending out letters/memos through the use of Microsoft outlook

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must be computer literate (Microsoft office suit)
•   Good communication and inter-personal skills
•   Organizational behaviour
•   Knowledge in Labour law
•   Minimum Qualification – Degree in Business Administration or any other related qualification
•   Should be 35 years and above
•   Ability to maintain very high standard of accuracy and confidentiality
•   Ability to understand instructions and carrying out such instruction
•   Ability to work for long hours
•   Must be willing to relocate to company premises if possible
