Knowledge and skills required

•   Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS
•   Proficiency in the use of Farelogix
•   Excellent customer service
•   Experience in production daily and monthly sales report
•   Knowledge of Aviation and Airline Industry
•   Have a good telephone – manners and strong communication skills

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have at least IATA Diploma
•   A marketing background will be a plus
•   At least two years experience in the airline and travel industry
