Job Description

•Knowledge and understanding of the social/affordable housing sector
•Knowledge of local government housing development approval processes
•Good knowledge and understanding of policies, guidelines and statutory requirements relevant to real estate development
•Good knowledge and understanding of applicable construction regulations, codes, industry standards and health / safety legislations
•Good knowledge and understanding of design techniques tools and principles involved in construction, blueprint drawings and models
•Good knowledge of site planning, architectural design and affordable housing principles.
•Work knowledge of contract administration including tendering processes in engineering

Qualification Required & Experience

•Qualification in Architecture
•1 year working experience in related role
