With a generous gift from Lawyer Nana Odeneho Kyeremateng, CEO of Comet Properties, NIBS has set up this Centre with a mission to advance the development of women in Africa through research and accelerated entrepreneurial wealth creating training programs. The flagship program of the Centre is the Women Wealth Creation in Africa (WWeCA), to be launched in a few months.

Role Description:

•   To lead and manage the Centre to achieve its objectives.
•   Conduct case study and other research on women wealth creators, to establish a unique
•   African women wealth creation model that provides contextual content materials for women executive education and policy making.
•   To identify and recruit women participants for the Centre's programs, assist them throughout the enrolment process, and oversee the successful delivery of both in-class programs and beyond  classroom club activities.
