Job Vacancy For Assistant Manager At Buvensa Company Limited (Tema)



As a small company, Buvensa Co. Ltd. is looking for young and dynamic individuals interested in working with a start-up firm and growing along with it. As an Assistant Manager, the person will be required to perform several challenging tasks including but not limited to:

•   Cargo Tracking, Customs Documentation, Payment and Clearing of Cargoes at Shipping Agencies, Freight Stations, and Container Terminals.
•   Payroll Preparation, Filing of Tax Returns, and Submission of SSNIT Returns.
•   Book Keeping, Preparation of Receipts and Payments and Income Statements.
•   Arrangements and/or Management of Office Documents and Files.
•   Attending of Meetings for and on behalf of the company.

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate for this job must possess the following:

•   Be a Female
•   Have at least an HND.
•   Have three years post education experience in related fields.
•   Be a team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
•   Be currently living in close proximity to the job location.
