Job Vacancy For Assistant Registrar/Admin Officer (Administration)

Vacancies exist in various positions within the Ghana Institute of Languages. Application Letters, are therefore, invited from suitably qualified persons who wish to be appointed as: Assistant Registrar/Admin Officer (Administration)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Shall assist the Head of Department in all administrative, secretarial, human resource development and matters of the institute
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department

Qualification Required & Experience

• A second degree in Education Administration, Management Studies or Human Resource Management and its related fields from a recognised tertiary institution
• At least 2 years post-qualification work experience in a comparable position
• Should be computer literate
• Working knowledge of French shall be an advantage
• Age: Not above 40 years

Location: Accra
