Responsible to the Branch Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good first degree in Engineering from a reputable university + 3 years supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities

•  Responsible for all technical activities at the branch
•  Supervision of technical staff
•  Preparation of workshop operations reports
•  Responsible for meeting workshop performance targets
•  Responsible for the maintenance of the workshop equipment

Skills and Competences

•  Leadership skills
•  Supervising and managing people
•  Report writing
•  Good oral and written communication
•  Responsible for the safety of the workshop
