Job Vacancy For B2B Sales Manager



Job Description:

• The position of B2B sales manager consists of directing the actual distribution or movement of the company’s product to the customer, coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• The B to B sales manager is to establish training programs for sales associates on the company products and services, and analyzing sales statics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Responsibilities

• Must ensure the sales associates get new supply contracts and maintain existing supply contracts and customers. • Must ensure the sales associates keep regular checks on display products in the refrigerator by retailers
• Must review the lead sheet to ensure details have been captured accurately and properly
• Must ensure all sales associates receive the necessary materials for work •Must be able to work alongside the Production Manager to share customers complaints about quality of product and finding solutions to such problems

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree holder in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years experience of direct marketing
• Experience in a supervisory role preferably in the sales and marketing department
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be proactive
• Must have good human relations and friendly
• Must be presentable
• Must have the ability to give full attention to what customers say, to be aware of others reactions
• A candidate with a driver’s license will be a plus

Salary: GHS 1800-2500
