Job Vacancy For Bakery Production Manager



Job Description:

•Plan, organize, and supervise bakery production schedules.
•Ensure timely delivery of baked goods while maintaining quality and consistency.
•Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products.
•Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
•Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
•Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff.
•Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
•Manage shift schedules and resolve staffing issues.
•Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve output.
•Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
•Track production costs and support budget management.
•Prepare daily/weekly production reports.

Qualification Required & Experience

•Two(2) to Three(3) years experience in bakery
