Reports To:
Food & Beverage Manager, Banqueting Manager & Banqueting Operations Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

•   Inspects table set-ups, checks for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and hotel standards, rectifies deficiencies with respective personnel
•   Checks bar set-ups for cleanliness, organization and agreement with group requirements and hotel standards, resolves any problems.
•   Checks buffet tables/receptions/coffee breaks for cleanliness, attractiveness and layout. ensures agreement with function sheet and hotel standards, resolves any problems. Ensures replenishment of items as specified on event orders and requested by group organizer
•   Ensures directional signs are set out in accordance with group requirements and hotel standard,
•   Ensures sufficient operation guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment for functions assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Diploma in Hotel Management
•   Minimum of four (4) years experience in a similar position in a 4 to 5 star hotel.
•   Computer literacy in Microsoft office & Excel
•   Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and service oriented.
•   Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain a high level of compliance and good corporate governance.
•   Must be prepared to work long hours and as and when duty demands.
