Bilingual Administrative/Executive Assistant is wanted for employment. A leader in the renewable energy industry in Ghana is looking for a candidate with the necessary skills, ability and confidence to administer general office duties. He/ She will work as an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director of the organization and work on behalf of a telecommunications company.

Responsibilities

In capacity as an  EA, the successful candidate will

•  Organize the Director’s diary, travel itinerary (visa requirements, tickets, travel schedule) and make informed decisions in the MD’s absence
•  Co-ordinate and support several projects concurrently
•  Communicate with overseas clients and the parent company in the US
•  Organize files for easy access

Requirements

•  Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred
•  Must be familiar with business registration and tax procedures
•  Ability to generate written correspondence and administer general office
•  Supervise other staff
•  Must be able to delegate
•  Must be a quick thinker and have lots of energy
•  Proficiency with computer applications (excel, Word etc) is a must.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  University degree or equivalent
•  2 years post-qualification working experience
•  Must be able to deal with basic accounting
•  Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred
