One of the leading Rural Banks in Ashanti Region is seeking eligible applicants for the position of a Branch Manager

Key responsibilities

• Knowledge in Credit Administration (Appraisal, Monitoring, Recovery and Credit returns)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in prudential returns preparation
• Should have understanding of branch internal controls
• Should have passion for deposit mobilization
• Capability to prepare and interpret budget

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree from a recognized institution
• A minimum of three (3) years working experience in Branch Operations in a Rural Banking environment
• MBA qualification will be an added advantage

Competencies and Skills

• Strong Communication and people skills including presentation skills
• Knowledge in Temenos 24 and other applications
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Demonstration of creativity and business acumen
• Excellent administrative and supervision skills
• Good team player
