A reputable Savings and Loans company operating in various parts of the country has job vacancies available for: Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the following functions

• Supervise a team to mobilize deposits prospect for new businesses and sustain existing relationships
• Manage the entire asset and liability portfolio of the Branch in line with the busienss objectives
• Develop and implement the marketing plan for the branch to achieve business targets
• Market the company's products to existing and potential clients
• Ensure existing customers are retained and grow market share in the catchment area through the delivery of superior service quality
• Develop staff through training, mentorship, coaching
• Serve as the company's mouthpiece in the area of operation

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 1st Degree preferably in a business-related field
• Possession of 2nd Degree in a business related field will be an added advantage
• Possession of a professional qualification in Banking will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Branch Management (Branch Manager)
• Knowledge of Banking Operations processes and procedures
• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• IT savvy, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Core Banking software
