A reputable Financial Institution in Ghana invites application for employment  from qualified professionals for the position of a Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities

•   Arrears Management
•   Develops good customer relationships and maintains personal contact with them in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
•   Plans and initiates promotional measures within the target markets of the branch;
•   Implements policies, procedures and internal control at the branch;
•   Prepares and submits relevant reports on branch operations to the management;
•   Ensures major operations reconciliations ( payment orders, inter-branch accounts and clearing) are carried out continuously and efficiently;
•   Plans and controls the liquidity of the branch;
•   Performs other human resource line management duties at the branch level in consultation with the HR department;
•   Coordinates and supervises   all activities of the branch, including general office management;
•   Communicates effectively and implements corporate policies and strategies at the branch level;
•   Ensures that targets agreed with the management are reached;

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field;
•   Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance etc. or a relevant professional qualification;
•   Extensive experience on the operational activities of a Savings and Loans or Retail Banking sector;
