Job Title: Branch Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•A minimum of Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, preferably in Marketing or a related field
•At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing and branch operations
•Being a member of the chartered institute of marketing Ghana (CIMG) will be an added advantage
•Leadership experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
•Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
•Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
•Proven leadership and team management abilities
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Must possess a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
