Position Summary

•  The goal of the branch manager is to strategies, organize, coach and lead the branch team to drive sales, manage client relationships, and acquire a growing market share
•  He / She provides an advanced level of customer relationship and promotes a sales and service culture by defining and ensuring a results and customer oriented approach to work.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good first degree in Banking or any related discipline
•  At least 3 years of relevant practical working experience in client relationship management, credit analysis and banking operations
•  Experience in effective people management is an added advantage
