A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to fill key positions aimed at strengthening its operations, business growth, risk management, technology infrastructure and customer service delivery: Branch Managers

Purpose

•To provide strategic leader and operational oversight for branch operations while ensuring profitability compliance, business growth and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

•Lead branch operations and staff performance
•Drive deposit mobilisation, loan growth and revenue generation
•Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations and internal policies
•Manage credit risk and loan portfolio quality
•Strengthen customer relationships and service delivery
•Prepare operational and financial reports
•Implement internal controls and fraud prevention measures

Leadership Requirements

•Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
•Ability to motivate and develop teams
•High integrity, accountability and professionalism
•Results-oriented leadership and strategic thinking

Qualification Required & Experience

•Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
•Master's degree or professional certification (ACCA, ICAG, CIB) is an advantage
•Minimum of 5 years banking experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
•Experience in rural or community banking is highly preferred
