Job Vacancy For Brand Specialist, Non Voice At Tigo Ghana



Role Purpose

Reporting to the Products Brand Manager, the holder will assist in the management, development and implementation of all Tigo marketing non-voice campaigns. The core of the role will involve assisting the Products Brand Manager and agencies to develop communication assets and devices, data and Tigo Cash and Tigo Insurance roadmaps and executions plans.

Key Responsibilities

General:

•   Meets frequently with the Products Brand Manager, and other relevant members of the Mobile and Sales departments to assist in directing the brand growth in respect of non-voice products.
•   Works with Products Brand Manager to achieve set KPIs and maintain a healthy.

Non-Voice:

•   Assist in the management of the non-voice products portfolio
•   Assist in preparing the annual marketing campaigns to include objectives, strategy and its impacts on non-voice products penetration and revenue
•   Provides input for the non-voice (device, data and MFS) marketing planning cycle
•   Developing briefs and coordinating the development of consumer communication assets relating to non-voice products
•   Ensuring consistency and guidelines compliance of all Tigo communication relating to non-voice products
•   Responsible for managing the process of non-voice campaign communication
•   Interprets the feedback from relevant functional areas and converts them into action plan

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in Marketing or social sciences
•   3-5 years relevant post National Service working experience in Telecoms, FMCG or marketing agency
•   Prior experience in product management
•   Prior experience in marketing campaigns management.
