Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Researching, planning, implementing new target market initiatives, developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet these goals
• To evaluate current sales performance and identify ways our agency can expand and grow
• Design and implement business development strategies to generate more business for the company
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients to build long-term relationships

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations
• 4 to 5 years experiential marketing/event management
