We are an advertising, events management and publishing company. We have been in existence for more than 5 years and specialize in both above the line and below the line media.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Ideally, we require someone with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Project Management but a Masters degree will prove to be an added advantage.
•  5 years experience in a similar or related position in an advertising/event management company.

•  Ability to produce high level reports that are meaningful for strategic decision-making
•  Strong communications and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation and amongs clients

Key Responsibilities

•  Be the team leader for the marketing department
•  Design, review and implement appropriate internal business processes, controls and procedures in office operations
•  Drive the various strategic business units to meet their targets
•  Build, train and inspire colleague marketing executives

The Role

You shall become the business development manager of the company. Your task shall include introducing new businesses to the company, meeting targets set by the CEO, drawing and implementing strategic plans for the company.
