• The Company seeks the Service of an experienced BDM to manage and grow the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development and Strategy Planning
• Project and operations Management
• Team Leadership & Performance Guidance
• Financial and Administrative overisght

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, with experience in Prefab & Steel Structures
• Minimum of 8 years of business development experience in Ghana construction sector,preferably within private enterprises.

Salary: Very attractive Monthly salary plus commission
