The Bank is seeking to recruit a very creative individual with an entrepreneurial mindset as its Business Development Manager.

Job Duties:

•   Designing new products to build the bank's market position
•   Reviewing the bank's products to suit the current competition
•   Develop growth strategy and manage its implementation
•   Manage growth of the marketing team

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Master's Degree in Business Administration preferably, Marketing or Brands Management
•   A minimum of 5 years Senior Management working experience in Financial Services
•   Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation Skills
•   In-depth market knowledge of rural banking environment
•   A deep understanding of marketing principles
•   Very proactive with plenty of initiative
•   Excellent computer literacy skills.
