. The job location is Accra-Ring Road Central Job Description
• Obtaining client information by answering incoming telephone calls; interviewing clients on their eligibility to access a loan; verifying information and entering same into a web-based database on our lending business.
• Keep a comprehensive record of all calls and/or conversations in the Company’s Call Centre data bank
• Educating call-in prospective clients about our loans by explaining the procedures and requirements one must follow in order to access a facility.
• Receiving and logging customer complaints in a timely manner to be resolved within the shortest possible time.
• Maintaining communication equipment like fixed phone lines and computers by promptly reporting faults to the IT department for quick resolution.
• Make sure that, whatever response given to the client with regards to our loans is in line with the pre-organised orientation scripts which covers all aspects of frequently asked questions (FAQs) concerning our lending business.
• Must be willing to work for extended hours and on weekends and/or during holiday periods. Qualification Required & Experience Education & Experience:
• Minimum of HND
• Previous customer service experience, especially in the financial industry preferred. Skill Requirements:
