Job Profile:
Call Center Operators will manage our 24 hour call center and be of assistance to our registered members.

Qualification Required & Experience

The ideal candidate must:

•  Be computer literate with proven Microsoft Office experience
•  Be able to work in a multicultural environment
•  Have excellent written and communication skills
•  An energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm

Preferred Qualification:

•  Degree in Nursing/Emergency Medical Technician Certification
