Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet customers politely and establish a positive rapport.
• Listen actively to understand the customer’s needs or concerns.
• Promote special offers, referral programs, or loyalty rewards to riders and drivers.
• Encourage inactive riders and drivers to re-engage with the platform

Qualification Required & Experience

• Education: WASSCE/ SHS LEAVER or HND / Degree
• Experience: 6 months (minimum)
