The Ghana Book Development Council is recruiting for the following position: Capacity Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Facilitate the organisation of training and other capacity development programmes for the book industry
•   Conduct training needs assessment of the book industry operators
•   Collate and manage data on capacity development programmes and activities within the industry
•   Provide inputs for the development of indicators for monitoring and evaluation

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Publishing studies, information studies, social sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
•   A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
