•  Preparation of all continental dishes
•  In all cases, delicacies/meals must be second to none and the talk of town
•  Must be able to prepare second to none local dishes and all sauces
•  Must be able to serve efficiently and profitably inside our beautiful counter
•  Must be able to relate excellently with our highly cherished customers
•  Must be able to woo/win customers through impeccable interpersonal relations

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Must possess either Advance 1, 2 or 3 in Cookery or Catering
•  OR possess an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management (HCIM)
•  Must have at least one year cooking experinece in a reputable restaurent or food center in Ghana or Overseas
•  Must have very excellent human and personal relations
•  Must have good written and Communication Skills
•  Must appear "presentable" , agile and very zealous for the job
