Job Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
