Job Vacancy For Community Manager
A reputable and full-service integrated marketing communications company with a solid backbone in 360 advertising and brands management in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Community Manager
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Liaise with the social media strategist and client service executives to stay updated on new products and features
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in public relations and/or communication, social sciences or related field
• 5 years of post-qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable advertising agency
