Job Vacancy For Company Secretary / Consultant – Secretarial & Statutory Compliance



(A Free Zone) Enterprise engaged in the Shea Butter manufacturing industry. We are urgently looking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced professional for the following position: Company Secretary / Consultant - Secretarial & Statutory Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Organise shareholder and board meetings, record minutes and circulate resolutions
• Maintain secretarial records and ensure timely statutory filings with the RGD
• Advise the board and chairperson on governance, legal duties and regulatory compliance

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified company secretary
• Strong expertise in secretarial compliance, corporate governance and regulatory practices
• Relevant professional certificates, including:

o Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) certification (formerly ICSA)
o Certification in Corporate Governance or Compliance
o Membership in a recognized legal or corporate governance body
