Job Description:

• Develop detailed work timelines, milestones, and operational workflows before and during construction.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage financial allocations, track expenses, and prevent budget overruns.
• Hire and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Inspect work sites regularly, read blueprints, and verify that construction aligns with design specs and building codes.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a safe job site for all workers.
• Act as the main bridge between clients, architects, engineers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in project execution or leadership roles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints, understand construction methods, and apply local building laws and safety codes.
