Job Vacancy For Controller, MFS Product & Services (Market Place)



Job Summary:

• Responsible for supporting the Marketplace platform to attract merchant and consumers by leveraging MTN’s merchant base, consumer base, brand, mobile payment capabilities, mobile communication and digital service capabilities and data to achieve business objectives.

Job Role

• Support in the management of MTN E&M commerce platform (MarketPlace)
• Support the Development of the best value proposition to both consumers and merchants
• Review and identify key risks, issues, and dependencies and set mitigation actions
• Escalate issues that will result in significant time, scope, employee/customer or cost impacts if not resolved
• support engagements with key internal and external stakeholders
• Support the review of key risks, issues, and dependencies and set mitigation actions
• Provide input and activities to drive merchant payment volumes and growth merchant payment ecosystem
• E&M commerce strategy Implementation (product, value proposition, marketing, business,)
• Provide reports in accordance with the measurement metrics set by Line Manager
• Track daily performances and achievements against targets and KPIs
• E&M commerce product management
• Provide number of active users (consumers and merchants) on the E&M commerce platform
• Provide number of transactions and payments in the E&M commerce platform
• Partnership with delivery companies
• Partnership with online merchants aggregators and acquirers

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a Degree in Business or an equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (experience in mobile financial services will be an advantage)
