Job Summary

•Support the commercialization, revenue growth and long?term business development of MTN Ghana’s digital products and platforms by executing go?to?market initiatives, identifying commercial opportunities, supporting partner and agency enablement, and enabling revenue growth in collaboration with Product and Enterprise Business teams.

Key Tasks:

•Execute go-to-market plans for digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business and client needs.
•Engage enterprise clients, agencies, and partners to identify business opportunities, articulate value propositions, and support commercial conversion in conjunction with Enterprise Business teams.
•Track and report on pipeline health, opportunity progression, and revenue performance, providing insights to support forecasting, prioritization and growth planning. Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure offerings are market?ready and commercially positioned, with clear value propositions, target segments and use cases to support revenue enablement.
•Drive adoption of SaaS and digital solutions among business clients, supporting onboarding and after-sales engagement.
•Monitor market trends, partner feedback and competitor activity to identify new business development opportunities, inform pricing reviews and support growth strategy refinement. Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to develop demand-generation campaigns and client acquisition activities.
•Support commercial structuring and partnership discussions by preparing proposals, pitch materials and business cases for handover to Enterprise Business for contracting and closure.
•Maintain relationships with external partners (agencies, resellers, tech providers) to expand digital product reach.
•Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting for assigned commercial activities in collaboration with Finance.
•Identify cost-efficiency opportunities or commercial levers that support digital profitability.
•Prepare periodic business reviews with performance dashboards and recommendations for revenue improvement.
•Ensure all commercialization activities comply with MTN’s governance, security, and data privacy requirements

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

•A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Information Systems or a related commercial or business?focused discipline.
•Professional certification or training in Sales, Business Development, Marketing or Commercial Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital, commercial, business development or partnerships environment, preferably within telecoms, media, technology or data?driven businesses.

Professional/Technical Competencies:

•Good knowledge of Digital Tools
•Stakeholder Relations Management
•Knowledge of Digital solutions
•Knowledge of Excel and key Digital Analytics tools (e.g. PowerBi, Google Analytics etc.) a plus
•Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
•Knowledge of app/web development
•Project management
•Customer Centricity
