A reputable public organisation is seeking to recruit dynamic, self-motivated and seasoned professionals for employment in the following position:- Corporate Planning Manager

Job Summary

•   Responsible for coordinating and supporting corporate planning and performance monitoring in line with the organisations strategic objectives and plans

Key Responsibilities

•   Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of the organisation's strategic plans
•   Design appropriate performance and service standards and develop KPIs at the corporate and departmental levels to track key performance areas
•   Develop and implement relevant performance management and reporting systems and business analytics processes to track corporate performance and strategy implementation
•   Evaluate performance and highlight areas of attention to top management in a timely manner
•   Recommend and monitor appropriate remedial actions to ensure organisational performance standards and service quality are maintained
•   Identify and drive relevant organisational development programmes and initiatives to drive organisational excellence
•   Study business performance of licenses, industry trends and assess the potential impact of business operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in Business, Commerce, Planning, Accounting, Economics or relevant quantitative discipline
•   At least 7 years experience in a similar role

Relevant Skills and Abilities

•   Knowledgea and experience in using monitoring and evaluation instruments
•   Excellent writing, analytical and quantitative skills with ability to communicate technical details to lay audiences
